The Inside And Out Project has partnered with Carbon Cat Charters to bring a program of experience, education, and exposure with Captain Justin. These trips take place in Tampa, Fl in the Gulf of Mexico.
Underserved and financially disadvantaged youth and families make up the majority of people IAOP serve. We focus on providing experience, exposure, options and opportunities to those that are usually passed over or unable to participate in activities due to financial and socioeconomic reasons. IAOP has partnered with Carbon Cat Charters to give youth the experience of fishing on a catamaran and learning boating safety with Captain Justin. The youth will spend 6 hours on the catamaran, learning about the operation of the boat, safety procedures, different animals, and fishing.

Safety is the first lesson, and youth get a chance to reel in something big.
