Our Goal
IAOP is composed of a small team of passionate people looking to make a difference. Our goal is to help the individual from the Inside And Out. By forming meaningful connections between experienced mentors and vulnerable youth, we provide a safe space for personal growth and self-discovery. Through targeted programs, workshops, and extracurricular activities, we empower our mentees to overcome challenges and develop essential life skills, thus enabling them to make informed decisions that positively impact their lives and communities.

At the Inside And Out Project, we firmly believe that every young person deserves a chance to thrive, regardless of their background or circumstances. Our mission is to foster a nurturing environment where at-risk youth can discover their unique strengths, passions, and talents. With a focus on personalized guidance, we aim to instill confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose in each individual we serve.
Youth Outreach
We offer a Youth Outreach Program for at risk youth. The program takes an educational, mentoring, positive, and humanistic approach to prevention measures.
